WHY IS PEACH PAYMENTS MENTIONED AT CHECKOUT
Peach Payments performs technical services to support payments to online or internet businesses. This service includes consulting on a selection of technical and administrative topics, configuring and provisioning of a transaction platform, and providing access to this platform.
CARD HOLDER SAFETY
No sensitive cardholder data is stored on merchants' servers at any time for either once-off or subscription payments (Please contact your account manager for additional compliance points for REST API integrations).
When a user opts to store card details on a website using Peach Payments, these details are stored by Peach Payments in a PCI DSS level 1 compliant vault. Sensitive cardholder details are directly transmitted from users’ browsers to Peach Payment’s systems. Merchants' staff and systems do not have access to complete card number details at any point in time, on Peach Payments platforms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the www.belovedgeliefd.com website operated by Beloved♥Geliefd ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, but not limited to personal information such as contact details.
Each Beloved♥Geliefd Digital Download is Copyrighted by Beloved Geliefd (Pty )Ltd and may not be sold OR redistributed except for the ‘standard permitted use’ as follows.
All credit for the designs must be attributed to Beloved♥Geliefd as appropriate. If you’re not sure about appropriate use please ask.
Standard license prohibitions means you may NOT; resell, redistribute or share these downloads in whole or in part for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design, digital or printed on any online store (including but not limited to Etsy, Ebay, Creative Market or general online stores).
Beloved♥Geliefd Pty Ltd still owns the copyright to the design and are licensing the use of that copyright to you for a fee. Because you are not purchasing the copyright to the items you download, you may NOT use them in any way that is not expressly permitted. For example, you may not copy, loan, or sell the product to someone else.
Welmarie Janse van Vuuren of Beloved♥Geliefd (Pty) Ltd remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for the artwork design and you may not sell, lease, loan, transfer, share or give the image to a third-party to use in any way.
BACK-UP: Please be sure to keep a backup copy of your files. Beloved♥Geliefd is not responsible for files lost, deleted or in any way damaged once purchased.
PRINTING: Please make sure you check colours, bleeds, trim lines, safe zones, dpi, text and fonts of the template before printing. Beloved♥Geliefd will not be held responsible for printing errors.

By purchasing or downloading any file from Beloved♥Geliefd, you accept the terms and conditions as outlined above.

You may download and use the printable for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or resale the printable in part or in it's entirety.
Please keep in mind that print results vary depending on the type of printer and/or paper used. All monitors display colours uniquely. The colours of our products may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen.
SHIPPING. The digital designs are an INSTANT DOWNLOAD. No shipping is required. All items are downloadable. No physical material or product will be mailed.
PHOTOGRAPHY WORK FEATURED: All photos are taken by professional photographers and we have been granted permission to use in our visuals. Sample Photos will NOT be included with your purchase / download.
SOCIAL SHARING. We do our absolute best to link back to photos used from other sources with either click-backs or image credits.
AFFILIATES: I occasionally work with commission based affiliates. Please be rest assured that I only choose to link to products that I genuinely love and use myself in my own business, and that the content is not compromised at all due to these opportunities.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1 Piet Retief street, Stellenbosch, WC, 7600, South Africa.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 Piet Retief street, Stellenbosch, WC, 7600, South Africa.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R250 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
